Nexxus Lighting Unveils New Array Par38 Lamp at Light Fair International

LAS VEGAS, NV – May 12, 2010 --Nexxus Lighting, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEXS - News) today unveiled its new Array Par 38 Lamp at Light Fair International in Las Vegas. Designed for direct replacement of the numerous Par 38 and R 38 down lighting and track lighting applications, the new Array Par 38 delivers the center beam candle power (CBCP), high color rendering index (CRI), high lumen output and lumens per watt expected to meet the new Energy Star standards that become effective August 31 of this year.

Nexxus Lighting will focus its product offering on the more popular, high color rendering (greater than 80 CRI) 2700 and 3000 degree Kelvin color temperatures which are available in new 15 degree spot, 25 degree Narrow Flood and 60-100 degree Flood optics. The lamps will also be offered in 5000 and 6500 degree Kelvin color temperatures.

The new Array Par 38 can reduce energy consumption by more than 75% and last 25 times longer than a standard 90 Watt Halogen Par. The Array Par 38 and is one of Nexxus Lighting’s featured products at Light Fair International in Las Vegas this week.
